1. General

By placing an order with Amelias Flower Farm, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure clarity and the best possible experience when purchasing our plants.

2. Product Availability

All plants are sold subject to seasonal availability. We only offer plants at the appropriate time of year to give them the best chance of thriving once received. Availability may vary depending on growing conditions and demand.

3. Dispatch and Delivery

We dispatch all orders using Royal Mail Tracked 24 service.

Please note that we are unable to guarantee specific dispatch or delivery dates. As a working nursery, our dispatch schedule is dependent on weather conditions and the natural growth cycle of the plants. Orders will be sent when plants are at the correct stage—ready to be potted on or planted out—to ensure optimal success.

4. Plant Condition on Arrival

We take great care in packaging your plants to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. However, plants are living items and may occasionally be affected during transit.

If your plants arrive in poor condition, you must:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photographs showing the issue

We will assess the situation and aim to resolve the problem promptly, which may include offering advice, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

5. Customer Responsibility

Once plants are delivered, their care becomes the responsibility of the customer. We recommend unpacking plants immediately and following appropriate aftercare instructions to ensure their continued health.

We cannot be held responsible for damage caused by:

  • Delayed unpacking
  • Incorrect care or planting
  • Adverse weather conditions after delivery

6. Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if necessary, including but not limited to stock issues or unforeseen circumstances affecting plant quality.
