Farm-grown & robust

Our plugs are raised on the farm, from seed or selected stock, exposed to outdoor weather to ensure strength, resilience, and early establishment once planted. They are grown in peat-free compost for sustainability and packed carefully in Hado bags to protect roots during shipping.

Shipping is mid–late March, weather dependent, and you’ll receive a Royal Mail email or text when your plants are on their way. Each plant is acclimated to UK conditions, so they are ready to thrive in the garden or cutting bed straight away.

Planting & care

Statice Light Pink is very straightforward to grow:

Position: Full sun is best; very light shade is tolerated.
Soil: Free-draining soil preferred.
Spacing: 20–25cm apart to allow air circulation and strong stems.
Watering: Water well during establishment; once settled, statice is drought-tolerant.
Feeding: A balanced feed every few weeks encourages longer flowering, but avoid high nitrogen fertiliser (it promotes foliage over blooms).
